The company is structured as an integrated renewable energy company in South Africa, with a focus on the development, construction, investment, operation & maintenance and asset management of renewable energy generation projects.

MATLA Energy is an Independent Power Producer (IPP)  with a strategy to partner with strategic partners and local communities to develop renewable energy projects.
 

We are an active participant in the Renewable Energy Independent Power Producers Procurement (REIPPP) Programme in South Africa, Embedded generation and other IPP programmes in South Africa.
